TicketsNow belongs to the National Association of Ticket Brokers. Tickets Now has over 300 employees and is based just outside Chicago, Ill. Although TicketsNow pricing is a little higher than industry average, you will find their customer service will make up for the slightly premium price.
A unique feature of Tickets Now is they offer groups, companies and organizations a buying facility for their clients and employees through their "Corporate Programs". With this program, group members can access special discounted tickets and easy order access. These are all great things.
Tickets Now is one of the major players in the online ticket business and their customer service is excellent. However, you will find that Tickets Now focuses primarily on major events in North America and internationally, which means that their selection is not as extensive as their peers. Furthermore, the categories they've chosen to divide their offerings into are awkward (look at Concerts & Theater below under "Markets" to see what we mean). But overall Tickets Now is an excellent choice for your ticket purchases. Highly recommended.
Both tickets brokers and average consumers list tickets for sale on TicketsNow.TicketsNow touts the largest inventory of tickets in the industry (with 6 times more tickets than on eBay). 9 out of 10 professional ticket brokerage companies list their tickets on Tickets Now. There is an excellent selection of tickets both in North America and for international events.
Support for your orders is available in standard business hours through their 1-800 number and online chat and email from Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm Central time. The company also has limited hours available through telephone on Saturday.

Shipped by express courier service, requiring signature upon delivery. The courier will not perform any reroutes, and if you need the tickets shipped anywhere other than the billing address on the payment method you use, a faxed authorization may be required. When your tickets are confirmed, Tickets Now will notify you of the courier and the expected date of delivery -- if possible. Tickets should arrive 48 hours before the event.

Prices offered through Tickets Now are a little higher than most discount online ticket sellers. However, the company is a mainstay in the business and you will not have any issues with receiving excellent seats for most major events.
TicketsNow has a 15% service charge on top of the price of the tickets (or $20, whichever is higher). With the service charge, ordering tickets through TicketsNow will cost you more than most ticket sellers.
There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations once the order is sent to Tickets Now. They then proceed to secure the tickets for you through their network. Refunds offered on all cancelled events as long as the event is not cancelled because of an Act of God (rainout, earthquake, flood) or worker strike, lockout, war, or terrorism. However, service charges are not refundable.
